OLLI Get User Account Page
- If you have difficulties at any time while you are trying to establish a User
Account, please call the OLLI Office at (703) 503-3384 during office hours.
- In order for the Member Portal to recognize you as an OLLI member, you must
enter your first and last name and e-mail address exactly as it is in the OLLI
database. If you have just joined OLLI, it will be the same information you
entered on the "Join OLLI" page. If you are a current member, enter the
information as it appears on your catalog mailing label. If this does not work,
please call the OLLI Office.
- If you have a new e-mail address which we don't yet have, use the old one to
create your account and then update your e-mail address online or by calling the
OLLI office.
- If the user name you select has already been chosen by someone else, you will be
asked to select another user name.
- Your password should be 6 to 12 characters and it is case sensitive.
- Select a security question and answer that will help you to remember your
password.
